Song from Clark: I’ve found this song glorious for some time, but in hearing so many pastors singing it together gave me pause and intensifies the message of this song. How darkly “the shadows deepen” of the sinfulness of sin and how brightly Christ shines forth to “ransom the slain.” Who to know this better than Christ’s under-shepherds? Who better to sing it than we, His sheep.
